What we need to know in order to get going:

  • What day, or dates?

  • Start time?

    • If you want a therapist to start massage at 9am they will arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to set up. They will be prepared to be a massage at 9am. The billable time will begin at 9am.

  • What session lengths do you want? 6, 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes?

  • The address, and suite number where service will be rendered.

  • Parking and building access instructions, security/safety protocols, and parking validation?

  • An on-sight contact, name and phone number, so the therapist can communicate directly if any issues arise.

This is what the back-office logistics look like:

  • We will draft an invoice for you to approve, this will serve as an agreement to the massage prices and services.

  • Once the client has agreed, we can proceed to billing.

  • After the event, we will touch base to see how it went and ask for feedback.

  • Refunds if applicable will be issued in a timely manner to the card they were charged. Bank processing may take an additional 10 days.

And that’s that.
