What we need to know in order to get going:
What day, or dates?
Start time?
If you want a therapist to start massage at 9am they will arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to set up. They will be prepared to be a massage at 9am. The billable time will begin at 9am.
What session lengths do you want? 6, 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes?
The address, and suite number where service will be rendered.
Parking and building access instructions, security/safety protocols, and parking validation?
An on-sight contact, name and phone number, so the therapist can communicate directly if any issues arise.
This is what the back-office logistics look like:
We will draft an invoice for you to approve, this will serve as an agreement to the massage prices and services.
Once the client has agreed, we can proceed to billing.
After the event, we will touch base to see how it went and ask for feedback.
Refunds if applicable will be issued in a timely manner to the card they were charged. Bank processing may take an additional 10 days.
And that’s that.
